The PADI Basic Mermaid course combines knowledge development with confined water skill sessions to introduce the fundamentals of mermaid diving. You’ll learn about the history and culture of mermaiding, essential safety considerations, equipment use, and basic water skills.
This is a one-day course with two confined water sessions. All online independent eLearning must be completed prior to the in-water training.
Requirements: Ability to swim at least 25 meters (82 feet) and float comfortably on the surface for at least 3 minutes.
